Create Your Account

Sign up for VoltSense HUB and start your free 14-day trial.

Get Your Storage ID

Find your unique Storage ID under Account → Account Information. Share this ID with P2 device owners to grant access.

Client Links Their P2

The boat owner enters your Storage ID in their VoltSense app/portal. The boat immediately appears in your dashboard with live data.

Add Manual Boats (Optional)

Add boats without P2 devices to use the maintenance module for all your fleet management needs.

Daily Workflows

Maintenance Management

  • Plan – Create custom tasks or use standard maintenance templates for common boat services.
  • Execute – Update task status, add detailed notes, attach photos, and track work progress.
  • Report – Generate professional work orders, maintenance summaries, and client reports (Standard+).

Telemetry & Monitoring

  • Real-time Data – Live voltage readings (U1/U2/U3) and temperature from connected P2 devices.
  • Historical Charts – Track trends and identify patterns in battery performance over time.
  • Smart Alerts – Automated notifications for low voltage, temperature issues, or maintenance schedules (Standard+).

Fleet Map & Locations

  • Map View – See all boats on a live map with status-colored icons; hover for battery, shore power and bilge status.
  • Marinas – Group boats by marina; each marina appears as its own mini-map card on the map overview.
  • Locations – Set berth notes and exact coordinates with a click-on-map picker on the boat info page.

Reporting & Branding

  • Standard Reports – Professional PDF work orders and maintenance summaries for clients.
  • White-label – Your company logo, colours and branding on reports — built on request (Pro plan).
  • API Integration – A connection to your CRM, billing or business systems — scope and price agreed on request.

AI Guard & asking in plain words

AI Guard — the nightly analysis

  • An alert reacts to one reading crossing a line. AI Guard studies weeks of readings and tells you what changed.
  • It learns how that boat normally behaves, so the comparison is against her own history rather than a number we invented.
  • Typical findings: charging that keeps falling short, a slow drift downwards, a load left on over winter, banks that should be separate but track each other.
  • Every finding carries the numbers behind it and the dates it happened — and it stops being reported once the problem is over.
  • Billed per monitored boat per month, prorated by the day. Activation is per boat, not per fleet.

Asking in plain words

  • A chat panel in the corner of the HUB. Ask “which boats need attention this morning” or “when did she last charge” and get an answer from your own data.
  • It covers the boats you have AI Guard on — it is part of that licence.
  • You can also connect your own Claude or ChatGPT, which covers every boat you own, because there you are paying for the assistant yourself.
  • Read-only. It cannot create tasks, change settings or make payments — there is no write path, so there is nothing to switch off.
  • It answers only from your data, gives dates, and says when it cannot tell. It can still be wrong; check anything you would act on.

Plans & Billing

Available Plans

  • Starter — Up to 10 boats with monitoring and maintenance management.
  • Standard — Up to 30 boats; adds automated alerts and PDF reports.
  • Pro — Up to 100 boats, more on request; white-label branding and CRM integrations on request.

Billing Management

  • Access the Billing Portal through Account → Subscription & Billing.
  • Manage payment methods, switch between monthly/yearly billing, and upgrade/downgrade plans.
  • Download invoices, view payment history, and cancel subscription anytime.
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

Security & Access Control

Privacy Protection

Complete tenant separation ensures device access only after explicit owner consent via Storage ID.

Secure Authentication

OTP (One-Time Password) sign-in supported with HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.

Team Management

Invite team members with role-based permissions through Account → Team & Users.

Data Protection

Sensitive information like precise location and personal owner details remain private by default.
